How do I block numbers

To setup call blocking for some callers, log into your member portal and then click User Desktop on the left menu. Then click Single on the top right menu and you will see your extension shown in the main screen. On the users extension select view under address book. Type "BLOCK" in the first name box, type the number you want to block in, and change the drop down on block calls to Block.
