How do I setup my voicemail alerts
By Phone:
TeleBlend's Enhanced Voicemail automatically alerts you if there are new messages, as you will hear a stutter tone when you lift your handset. Also depending on your phone system, the message indicator light on your handset may light up to indicate that there are new messages.
By Direct Phone Call, Email, Pager, SMS text messaging, and/or Instant Messaging:
- Log into your Member Portal from the www.teleblend.com site
Begin from your Account homepage or select the Voicemail tab.
Choose View Messages, next to the appropriate phone number.
Click Notification Setup on the left navigation bar. Select your notification options by following the prompts on the page.
Note: You will need to create notification options for each of your individual TeleBlend voicemail boxes.
