New Portal Navigation Information
- Click the ADMIN HOME link on the left
navigation bar and then click ACCOUNTS for Billing
related changes such as update a credit card or view
bills
- Once in the
ACCOUNTS Page you can click Manage Card Payment
Details for card modifications
- Click HOME
to get back to the main page to access the USER
DESKTOP (see below)
- Click the USER DESKTOP link on the left
navigation bar for voicemail, call forwarding,
greeting selection, call logs, etc
- Once in the USER DESKTOP,
click SINGLE to access your line
- Click VIEW
under Address Book for contacts
- Click VIEW
for voicemail and SETTINGS for voicemail PIN updates
and changes
- Click
REDIRECTION for all call forwarding features
- Click
RECORDS AND RATES on the left navigation menu
- Click VIEW under CDRs to see your call log
- Click VIEW under Rates to see our international
rates
- Click
EXTENSIONS to get back to the voicemail, call
forwarding and address book sections
- Click HOME
to get back to the main page to see ADMIN HOME to
get to the ACCOUNTS section again for Billing
updates
- Once in the USER DESKTOP, click
SECURITY to update your portal password
- Click HOME
to get back to the main page to see the SINGLE tab
for the call settings or ADMIN HOME for billing
changes
