What is my cycle date?

What is my cycle date?

Your cycle date is basically when your statement is created and charges assessed. If you have a cycle date of the 4th, that means that on the 4th of every month, your billing statement is created and it is due for payment. We bill in arrears which means that you are billed for services up to your cycle date. For example, if your statement is created on September 4th, that means you are billed for services from August 4th to September 3rd. If you have auto-debit, you will see a charge around September 4th (depending on if it is a weekend or holiday) for services for the prior month.
