To change your voicemail to forward your voicemails to email, log into your member portal and then click User Desktop on the left menu. Then click Single on the top right menu and you will see your extension shown in the main screen. Then click Settings on the far right under Mailbox and enter the email address you want the voicemails emailed to. Then in the Voicemail handling section select that you want to Email WAV.
