How to set the number of rings before calls go to voicemail

To set the number of rings to voicemail, log into your member portal and then click User Desktop on the left menu. Then click Single on the top right menu and you will see your extension shown in the main screen. Then click Settings on the far right under Mailbox. Then in the Mailbox Timeout settings set how many seconds you want the system to ring your line before going to voicemail. Each ring is about 5 seconds so you can set the number of seconds based on how many rings you like. The default is 25 seconds.
